Angel with the rotten wings

We all start as angels of the purest , brightest light. As we grow , some get to keep their wings ; for being too good , too righteous , too helpful .
Others (the most) simply lost them ; for being weaker , attached to material ambitions....they are your regular neighbor , the bus driver , the people on the streets.
The rest ....they see how their wings rot , not for being weak , not for being evil ; but for embracing what most would reject : hate , solitude and pain.
They do not hate , they use it as fuel ; they enjoy solitude .....and they need the pain.
Pain is the only real way of becoming completely self aware , only through pain you will know your limits , only through pain you will grow.....but all this knowledge has a heavy cost , and a heavy burden to carry.
So , always remember these wise words ''ignorance is bliss''
